Neither Secure Pay nor its employees, representatives, or agents will be eligible for any permanent absorption or other claim or benefit. Secure Pay, its agents, and representatives will never make any claim of employment of any kind. It is important to note that any money given to the Secure Pay franchisee is non-refundable.

Secure Pay reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any such changes will become effective immediately upon their posting on the website.

This website and its contents are provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties, either express or implied, including but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement of intellectual property rights.

Secure Pay does not warrant that this website will be available at all times or that its operation will be uninterrupted or error-free. Secure Pay will not be liable for any damages arising from the use or inability to use this website or its contents, including but not limited to, direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages.

The terms and conditions of Secure Pay outline the financial obligations and responsibilities of users who wish to access the services offered by the platform. Users should carefully read and agree to the terms before engaging with Secure Pay.

The Franchise Fee, Software Solution, Training and Administrative Costs incurred by users are non-refundable service fees, and Secure Pay reserves the right to modify the fees at any time based on the marketing strategy implemented by the user. The engagement parameters will be determined by the current plan in effect at the time of signing the agreement, which will be binding for both parties.

The fees paid to Secure Pay for its services are subject to applicable income deductions under the Income Act. The “Rates for Services” accessible on the CRM Portal by Secure Pay Partners include the service and commission rates. The commission structure and rates may vary due to market conditions, and Secure Pay will inform its partners about the applicable rates via email or CRM page updates. The partner's fee schedule and commission will also depend on market factors.

In conclusion, users must carefully read and agree to the terms and conditions of Secure Pay before accessing the services offered by the platform. The financial obligations and responsibilities of users are clearly outlined in the terms and conditions, and any modifications will be communicated to users through email or CRM updates.

Terms And Termination:-

AEPS Smart Store reserves the right to terminate the contract by providing a written notice of three months to the other party. Upon termination, all records, documents and information must be returned to AEPS Smart Store as per its instructions.

Secure Pay may terminate the contract without any prior notice in the following situations:-

If a receiver or liquidator is appointed for the business of Secure Pay and it has substantial assets or if any government or regulatory body issues any order or direction which suspends the operations of Secure Pay.

If Secure Pay files a petition for winding up or dissolution or if any creditor/person or the court declares Secure Pay insolvent.

If Secure Pay is unable to pay its debts or take care of its liabilities in the regular course of business, as determined by Secure Pay.

If Secure Pay is unable to offer the services required under this Agreement, a proper assessment of the circumstances affecting Secure Pay ability to provide the Services required by this Agreement should be made.

If Secure Pay, its representatives, employees or agents engage in any commission or comission to defraud or prejudice the interests of Secure Pay or its customers.

In such events, Secure Pay shall have the right to cancel the contract forth with by providing a written notice to the other party.

It is important to note that termination of the contract shall not release either party from any obligations incurred prior to the date of termination. Further more, any provision that is intended to survive termination of the contract shall remain in full force and effect.

Amount Return Policy:-
